 I.            ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS

A.                Confirm quorum and present disclosures of potential conflicts of interest.

B.                 Approve agenda; confirm location of meeting, posting of meeting notice and designate 24-hour posting location.

C.                 Public Comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes.

D.                Review and consider approval of the October 18, 2024 organizational meeting minutes (enclosures).

E.                 Report on website accessibility and ratify approval of services agreement with Streamline Software, Inc. for website service and accessibility matters.

 II.            FINANCIAL MATTERS

A.                Ratify approval of the 2024 Exemption from Audit.

B.                  Consider the appointment of the District Accountant to prepare and file the 2025 Application for Exemption from Audit.

III.              LEGAL MATTERS

A.                Discuss HB25-1090 compliance related to professional services provider engagements.

B.                 Discuss business to be conducted in 2026 and consider declaring Inactive Status.  Consider adoption of Resolution Declaring Inactive Status (enclosures).       

IV.            CONSTRUCTION MATTERS

A.             Discuss development / construction outlook.

V.              OTHER BUSINESS
